  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, scripts, or Discord server, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Script Usage and Restrictions

All scripts provided by LuvioHub are offered “as-is”. By using scripts:

  • You acknowledge that using exploits carries inherent risks.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences, including bans, data loss, or account issues.
  • LuvioHub is not liable for any damage caused by misuse of scripts.

Prohibited actions:

  • Leaking, reselling, redistributing, cracking, reverse engineering, or bypassing scripts or protections.
  • Sharing scripts with others, including friends. Violators may be permanently blacklisted.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for securing your accounts. LuvioHub is not liable for compromised accounts, bans, or losses resulting from your actions or misuse of the Service.

Service Modifications and Termination

LuvioHub may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or script at any time without prior notice. We may warn, mute, kick, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms, server rules, or engage in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company and its suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, scripts, or Discord server.
  • Your exclusive remedy is limited to the amount paid by You for the Service, or IDR 1,500,000 (~$100 USD) if no payment has been made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability, so some limitations may not apply to You.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. No Refund Policy

All purchases, if applicable, are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated by LuvioHub staff.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, excluding its conflict of law rules. Users outside Indonesia must comply with local laws.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company for any concerns or disputes.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve its intended effect, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Waiver

Failure to exercise a right or enforce an obligation does not constitute a waiver of such right or future obligations.

Translation Interpretation

If these Terms are translated, the original English text prevails in case of dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

LuvioHub may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 3 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
